Customer Service: Ordering & Returns

How Does Your Ordering System Work?

On each product page, you will have the option of clicking the 'add to cart' button. This will add that product to your 'shopping cart'. You can then continue shopping, or check out at any time by clicking on the 'check out' or 'view cart' links.

When you go to 'check out' or 'view cart', you'll see your order. Click on the 'check out' button to begin the check out process. You will now be on our secure SSL encrypted server.

Returning customers, fill in your email and password at the upper left.

New customers: fill out your email, name and shipping information, and then near the bottom of the page create your password, which will be matched to your email address for future orders.

After filling out your credit card information and placing your order, you'll see a receipt, which you should print out and save.

You will then receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail, usually within fifteen minutes. All orders are shipped U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. We ship all orders within 2-3 business days.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

For online ordering, we accept only Visa or Mastercard. If you would like to pay by check, you can mail us your order along with a check. We will send you your order as soon as payment has been verified. If you prefer, you can also call us to place your order. We will give you an order total over the phone. After we receive the check, we will send you your order. If you would like to pay us by wire-transfer or some other method, please call us first.

How Do I Make Changes to My Order?

If you would like to make changes to your order, please email our order department, telling us the changes you would like to make. We will e-mail you back a confirmation that the change has been made, if the order has not already been shipped. You can also call us with any changes at 800-424-1055. If an order has already been shipped to you, we can make arrangements for you to return to us any unwanted items or send you another package with additional items. Problem With An Order?

If you experience any problems with an order: an order has not yet arrived, the wrong item was shipped to you, an item came to you damaged, or you are simply unsatisfied, please email our order department or call us at 800-424-1055.

Currently, we do not have an online way for you to track your order yourself. If you have any questions or concerns about where an order might be, please email our order department or call us at 800-424-1055. We will be more than happy to find out your order status for you.

What is Your Returns Policy?

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item you ordered from us, you can return it for a full reimbursement, any time within 30 days of your receipt of an item. We'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We cannot reimburse your shipping costs for any item that is returned at your discretion. Here are the general guidelines for our products:

  • Books must be in their original condition
  • CD's, audio books, and DVD's must by unopened, unless they are defective.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from us. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 60 days. We will be happy to exchange any damaged or defective merchandise.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, you will still be responsible for any shipping costs.
