• If, for any reason, you receive a product that you do not want, you can return it for a FULL refund, no questions asked.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I receive my 20% discount on additional Crystal Clarity purchases and what products are included in this offer?
Whenever you place an order, simply identify yourself as a Club member and you will automatically receive the 20% discount. If you are ordering on our website type "Hot off the Press Club Member" in the comments box. It's that simple. By joining, you are automatically entitled to the 20% discount on every additional Crystal Clarity product you purchase in any quantity. This includes everything in our catalog-not just the new products. And there is absolutely no limit on how many items you can buy at this special discount.

2. If I join Hot Off the Press, am I obligated to buy every new Crystal Clarity product?

No. When you join Hot Off the Press you choose your preferences for books, music and/or videos. You also get to choose either our primary authors/musicians or all of our authors/musicians. If, for any reason, you do not want to keep that item, you may return it to us for a FULL refund (not including shipping and handling), no questions asked. As a default, we will issue the refund as a credit that you can apply to future orders. However, if you prefer, we are happy to give you an immediate credit card refund. Just let us know.

3. Do I have choices in what I want to receive?

Yes. There are a number of options to customize the club to suit your needs. When you join Hot Off the Press you choose your preferences for books, music and/or videos. You also get to choose either our primary authors/musicians or all of our authors/musicians. Hot Off the Press is your club and you can customize it whichever way you prefer.

Also, you will receive an email (make sure to give us your email address when you sign up) before a product comes out, letting you know which products are new, and whether or not you are scheduled to receive them. You can then email us and let us know if you do or dont want those products.

4. Can I change my preferences once I've signed up?
Yes. You can at any time go to the application form and change your preferences: https://s.p4.hostingprod.com/@www.crystalclarity.com/forms/ssl/hotoffthepressinfo.html. Just remember to check "Member with updated information".

5. What if I want new products outside the parameters of my member preferences? Can I receive 40% discount on those products also?
Yes, providing you have given us your email address. Within a short time after each monthly mailing goes out, you will receive an email with the alternate selections for that month. The email will contain alternate selections of recently released books, music, and videos. You may chose any of these alternate selections at 40% discount. Of course, you can also purchase any of our older items at 20% discount.

6. Does joining obligate me to make a minimum number of purchases or require me to remain a member for a long period of time?
There are absolutely no minimum purchase requirements and you can quit at any time. Just call, write, or email.

7. Is there a sign up fee or monthly fee?
There is no sign up fee and no monthly fee.

8. Can I get the music on cassette?
We have stopped producing music cassettes due to overall lack of demand.

9. Will I be required to purchase a reprint or new edition of a product I already have-even if it only has a new cover?
No. These products will not be automatically sent to you although we will still offer you the opportunity to purchase them at the full 40% discount when they become available. Sometimes, however, we come out with a new edition of an old product that contains substantial and important changes from the original. In these instances, we will treat the new edition as if it were a new product.

10. Does joining the Crystal Clarity Hot Off the Press in any way obligate me to receive any other products from any other organization?
No. Crystal Clarity will only send you new products created expressly for Crystal Clarity. Membership in Hot Off the Press in no way enrolls or obligates you to any other organizations' activities or products.

11. Do you charge sales tax? What about shipping costs?
By law, we are required to charge sales tax for all products shipped within the state of California. If you live out of state, you do not have to pay this tax. Shipping costs will be kept as low as possible. Generally, most items will be shipped to you for one low, flat rate.

12. Can you send me a bill later?
At this time, we can only accept credit card payments. We will not bill your credit card until the product has been shipped to you.
