1. Minimum Order Value
For first-time customers of Crystal Clarity Publishers, the minimum order value is $100.

3. Wholesale Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive the following wholesale discount schedule:
40% 5-10 copies
45% 10-25 copies
50% 25 copies +
4. Returns
Return/refund applies for damaged or lost items only. Please contact us within three business days of receipt of damaged products, or for lost items, after ten business days after the estimated date of delivery.
5. Payments
Payments will be made at the time of order via any of the major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express).
6. Net 30 Terms
Wholesale customers may request net-30 credit terms by emailing orders@crystalclarity.com or by calling toll-free (800) 424-1055 after a minimum order of $100. Credit terms are approved on a case-by-case basis. Invoices can be settled via credit card or check.
7. Shipping
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders, freight will be charged on each invoice based on total package weight and shipping destination.
8. Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Crystal Clarity at orders@crystalclarity.com within 3 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments.
9. Delivery Window
Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your order for completion of delivery. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability.
10. Backorders
Out-of-stock goods will be back-ordered and shown on your invoice. If back-ordered goods are in stock at the time of your next order they will be added to your order without duplication. Outstanding backorders will be shown on each invoice. If you wish to cancel any back-ordered items or not have backorders listed at all, please inform us. We will notify you as backorders become available.
