What do you publish?
We publish several books based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda, including the world-famous, original 1946 edition of Autobiography of a Yogi! We also publish the works of his direct disciple, Swami Kriyananda, and books by other devotees.
What publication formats do you offer?
Our publications include print books, audiobooks, e-books, and music and videos, both in physical discs and downloadable formats. For a complete list of our current publications, please visit our online catalog.
What payment forms do you accept?
Our online store accepts all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. You may also select other payment options such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Venmo, and Shop Pay, all conveniently available at the checkout page.
How do we process your payment?
Payments are processed through a secure payment processor that is in compliance with all federal and international payment security standards and regulations. We do not store your credit card information.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day with the United States Postal Service from our warehouse in Nevada City, California. Depending on shipping destination, packages may take from 2 to 8 business days to be delivered with standard shipping.
Priority shipping is also processed and shipped out within 1 business day and will take 2 to 3 business days for delivery within the continental United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship orders internationally.
Please note, in some cases, there may be additional customs charges assessed by some international jurisdictions upon package arrival.
What are your shipping costs?
We continue to negotiate reasonable shipping prices with the US Postal Service, United Parcel Service, and DHL, in order to keep our customers’ shipping costs at a minimum.
For our overseas customers, when placing your orders, we highly recommend selecting DHL for shipping. Despite the slightly higher prices compared to USPS or UPS, DHL has a reliable delivery time and customer service.
What are your return and refund policies?
You may return books in an unused and restockable condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping charges. We will process your refund once we receive the books, process them, and restock them.
CDs and DVDs may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a 50% refund, minus shipping cost.
Please note, this policy applies only to retail customers and not wholesale.
