Energization Exercises Poster

I this poster is so helpful for learning the energization exercises. It interrupted the flow to go through each page of the srf tracing materials. Setting it all is one place helps me to focus on the actual exercises, breathing, and energy.

I've had one for years, this one I sent to my daughter.

All the exercises on one page, but I ordered the pdf to print out and it's useless. The print is too small. I recommend getting the poster and skip the pdf.

jThe jposter itself is really lovely — and large enough to be able to read the print.
I’d prefer a smaller one — (like the one I’ve misplaced or lost) as it travels with me. maybe 1/2 the size of the one I received… but not a big deal… as
at 84, I no longer sweat the small stuff… and poster size is a “small stuff ithing”.
The poster I received is nice size if I’m introducing others to the exercises..
My old copy of the exercises was — ummmmm 30 yrs old…. maybe.
and I had it mounted and laminated. I think I left it at the neighborhood park..
clothes pinned to a tree branch.. soooo delighted to have a new one.
