Surya has been the graphic designer at Ananda Sangha since moving to Ananda Village in Nevada City, CA in 2010.
Previously he worked as a creative director at a boutique ad agency in Manhattan where he learned how to meet tight deadlines and pull all-nighters — things he has been blessed not to have to do at Ananda.
He has lived in New York, Cape Cod, and Boston, earning a degree in American Literature and Music from Boston University before attending art school, majoring in sculpture.
Surya creates graphic images on the computer and enhances them with various media on giclée prints.
